Reading and stuff and suchlike
I do, very occasionally read an actual book. Sometimes even a deadtree book, but these days I am tending towards ebooks (if only Amazon would release the kindle DX in the UK, and make it sub £200, I’d buy it right now). Rather than shelling out on books as and when I see them, I’m going to be all self indulgent, and use this page as my (public) reminder of what I intend to read. Maybe someday (what? I said I only read occasionally) there will also be a “things I have read at some point” list too.
Books to Read:
Bad Science
How I Escaped My Certain Fate
The Tent, the Bucket and Me
Web 2.0 Architectures
Pro Git (Expert’s Voice in Software Development)
Version Control with Git: Powerful tools and techniques for collaborative software development
Pragmatic Version Control Using Git: 1 (Pragmatic Starter Kit)
Books I’m Currently Reading:
Being Geek
The Practice of System and Network Administration
Books I Have Read:
How Not to Grow Up: A Coming of Age Memoir. Sort of.
Clough The Autobiography
Good Morning Nantwich: Adventures in Breakfast Radio
And if anyone has any suggestions for books I should read/might enjoy/might not enjoy but should read and expand my mind anyway, let me know, ta.
